Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 88f support immediately and use the account lock function available in your security settings. 88f accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, using automated software (bots) to interact with the platform, exploiting software bugs or mathematical errors in game logic, and any other form of cheating are all prohibited. 88f employs automated detection systems to identify irregular play patterns and reserves the right to void bets and winnings where unfair advantage is detected.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your mobile wallet provider or bank in respect of funds already deposited and used on the 88f platform is considered fraudulent conduct. Where a chargeback is successfully processed, 88f reserves the right to pursue recovery of those funds by all lawful means and to permanently close the associated account. Any winnings generated using disputed deposit funds will be voided.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88f's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 88f shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 88f has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Continued use of the 88f platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
